We may add, change, or remove features, scenarios, or sports at any time.
The Service does not involve real-money betting, wagering, gambling, or the awarding of prizes of monetary value. You cannot deposit, bet, win, or lose money or anything of value through the Service. Points, scores, and rankings have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged, and are provided solely for entertainment. Nothing in the Service is intended to facilitate or constitute betting or gambling of any kind.
You may use the Service anonymously or create an account by providing an email address, which we use to send you a secure sign-in link. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for activity that occurs under your account.
You choose a display name ("handle") that appears publicly on the leaderboard. You agree not to use a handle that is offensive, misleading, impersonates another person, infringes anyone's rights, or violates these Terms. We may change or remove a handle that does not comply.

You retain any rights you have in the handle and choices you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process your handle, calls, predictions, and scores as needed to operate the Service, including displaying your handle and ranking on the public leaderboard.
You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as our authentication, hosting, and email provider) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
By providing your email address and opting in, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time. We may still send you transactional messages necessary to operate your account, such as sign-in links.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scenarios, scores, or rankings are accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed [AMOUNT, e.g. CAD $100] or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
